Check Point Experience 2018 Event – Synergy as an MSSP

“Check Point Experience 2018 (CPX 2018)” is a significant IT Security Event of 2018, which drew a massive participation of IT professionals from both private and public sectors. This year, the event was held successfully at Cordis Hotel.

As a sponsor of CPX 2018, Synergy showcased its MSSP service themed with Check Point’s Infinity Solutions, Gen V Attack & Protection Solutions as well as Check Point + Insights Solutions. Synergy dispatched a team of security & network services professionals to demonstrate how to minimize the security risks in the course of ever-changing IT environment. During the event, the delegates showed keen interest in Synergy’s security solutions & bundle offers.

Synergy held the booth for Aruba with their sponsorship. In the event, our security & network engineer showcased Aruba’s ClearPass solutions & 360º Secure Fabric Solutions. We also demonstrated how Aruba & Check Point extend traditional perimeter defense for today’s mobile workforce, which allowed delegates to gain an in-depth knowledge of Aruba’s latest technological development.

Synergy Reseller Recruitment Event – Check Point Breakthrough comes with Synergy

Synergy collaborated with Check Point to host a Reseller Recruitment Event at Strokes, Fashion Walk. The event, received overwhelming support of IT solutions partners, where Check Point’s Security Engineer shared the recent security trend and opportunities. Meanwhile, we showcased Check Point’s Gen V Attack & Protection Solutions with use cases sharing, live demos of Check Point Infinity Solutions as well as “Insights & Dark Web Scan”.

In the event, we gained fruitful interactive networking with our partners during golf games & refreshment time. Numerous business opportunities were explored.

Peplink Products Updates Workshop

Synergy collaborated with its valuable vendor – Peplink to organize a product updates workshop for our partners in Synergy’s office. Our technical professionals shared Peplink’s newly released technologies, namely Speedfusion, Simbank and IC2, which enhanced our partners’ understanding in Peplink’s latest technological trend. Meanwhile, our partners showed keen interest in the partnership with Synergy for even better business growth.

Hotel Technology Conference 2016 Hong Kong

Hotel Technology Conference is Asia’s only dedicated platform for hotel CIOs, CTOs, Information Officers and E-commerce Directors to discuss how existing and emerging technologies can streamline operations, improve efficiencies and create business opportunities. We are glad to be one of the event sponsors and Aruba’s service partner for free Wi-Fi service this year.

Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE) 4-day Classroom Training (June 27-30)

The Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE) training courses continue around the globe in 2016. This course and certification are designed for Wi-Fi systems engineers, IT administrators, and others working with Wi-Fi, who require an in-depth knowledge on how to deploy and maintain Wi-Fi networks using Ekahau Wi-Fi tools.

Synergy was pleased to be the organizer for ECSE training 2016 in Hong Kong. The course was held at The Royal Garden. Students came from different countries such as Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and India.

The course provided instructor-led classroom lectures and intensive hands-on labs on all aspects of Wi-Fi life cycle management. At the end of this course, students could hold expert knowledge in designing, deploying and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks, using Ekahau Wi-Fi tools. The knowledge applies to all Wi-Fi network brands.

Ruckus New Wave of Mobile Technology Seminar

With WLAN becoming the mainstream networking media for all commercial client devices, Ruckus and Synergy organized a seminar which addressed how Ruckus could provide a full suite of solutions addressing networking issues. Ruckus and Synergy team also shared latest technology trends and products, location base system solution as well as demonstration.

Aruba & Peplink – Seminar in Macau

The nature of work is changing. Collaborative environments, a mobile workforce, and the possibility of smarter spaces. The workplace must have a high performance, secure WiFi infrastructure to support the mobile devices.

For this reason, Synergy and NetCraft Information Technology (Macau) organized a seminar in Macau. We were pleased to invite experts from Aruba and Peplink to share the Digital Workplace solution and Software-Defined WAN solution with attendees respectively.

Brocade ICX and Ruckus Workshop

To hand on experience to doing the configuration and controller set up, Synergy organized Brocade ICX and Ruckus Workshop. It brought together more than 20 attendees.

During the workshop, professional team introduced Brocade switches integration with Ruckus AP products to our partners.

Ekahau Free Wi-Fi Design training boot camp

Ekahau Site Survey & Planner is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to plan and create Wi-Fi networks according to your performance and capacity requirements — taking into consideration the increasing amount of wireless clients and applications such as VoIP, HD video streaming and web browsing.

Synergy and Ekahau organized a training to our partners and shared the importance of the Site Survey and Planning Tools in Wi-Fi Deployment as well as the Real-life use-case examples of using Ekahau in large scale projects.
